No refunds if event is canceled, or after close date.

Please print a waiver, sign it, and include it, along with your Coggins, with your entry form.

Special Requests: If you are trailering with someone, sharing a coach, have to get back for chores or whatever, include a note on your entry form.
The secretary will try to accommodate you (no promises). Please note any special request on your entry form.
Under penalty of elimination ASTM/SEI approved riding helmets with fastened attached harness are required for all riders at all times when mounted!
This applies to all phases of the competition and to ALL riders!
Under penalty of elimination all riders are required to wear body protection vests during the cross country phase!
Only entered horses on the show grounds; only entered riders may be up on a horse (due to signed release forms).
Juniors are riders through their 18th birthday.
Courses will not be timed.
No dogs allowed.
The organizers reserve the right to split/combine or do whatever to divisions to make everything run smoothly.
Poor sportsmanship will result in dismissal from the show grounds.
Food will be available on grounds.
Water: Limited water access – please bring your own!
Awards: Six ribbons per division.
Services: Farrier on site. EMT on site. Veterinarian on site.
USEA rules will be in effect unless otherwise noted. Medical armbands are required.
